Wrapin myself with nylon material to get sweaty, is it dangerous?

Hi David,
I'm 24 years old and I go walking and running every day for about an hour.
The thing is that when I go running I wear undeneath my training clothes some clothes of nylon,so i wrap my self with this kind of material in order to break into sweat.
So every day I take out of my body a large amount of sweat.
Is it dangerous doing such thing?

Not really. Sweating releases toxins and even discharges fat. Just be sure to keep yourself adequately full of necessary water. That means! Drink when thirsty, NOT force water down every hour.
