walking no loseing weight

i'm walking every on treadmill every day 60 minute 4 miles but i'm not losing any lb ?

Sometimes exercise by itself is not enough to take off pounds. You will probably need to cut your calorie intake by a small amount to start seeing results. Also, you must give it time. You did not say how long you have been walking like this, but it takes time to change your body metabolism. Quick fixes usually do not work.
Another consideration is that you may be losing fat, but building muscle at the same time. If so, you would not see lost pounds. But you would be getting healthier anyway. You might want to have your body fat measured periodically, and look for that to decrease.
