Where can the biggest waves in the world be found?

  Aloha Katie, The biggest waves in the world are possibly found up by Alaska. No one is absoutley sure where the biggest waves are because they have not been accurately measured yet. Some of the biggest storms occur off Alaska so that is my best guess! There are also giant storms off of Chile and South Africa.
   The biggest waves currently riden by tow in surfers occur at Jaws on Maui, Hawaii; Mavericks, Half Moon Bay, Caalifornia and Cortes Bank many miles off the Southern California Coast.
  The biggest waves that may be ridden some day could occur on the British Coluumbia coast in Canada. The giant storms off Alaska often focus their energy there!!!! Vince
