Alpha 120 F kit / parts..

Hi, Just bought the above at a garage clearance, but it looks like the bit that fixes the mast to the board is missing. Is there still parts around for these.
Also bought a mistral M.I.T DCS pandera. This seems to be complete, but unclear as to fitting the boom to the mast.
As you can guess am a complete novice, but hope i haven't bought a load of tat....just want to get out there and have fun.

Hey Peter,

The Alpha may have a specific mast base that will only work on that board. Very common for the older boards. You may get lucky and find a base to fit on ebay but otherwise, no parts available. If by chance the board has a standard mast track, then any standard mast base will work. A standard mast track will be similar to the one on the Mistral. Your Pandera may be a movable track or a standard track. A standard track will look the same as a movable but a narrower slot.

As for rigging your boom to your mast, look under my previously answered questions. Go to Page 6 and near the bottom look for 'how do I set up my windsurfer'. There is a numbered diagram along with a key that lists all the components of a windsurfer. I've also went into great detail on how to rig a windsurfer. Check it out and let me know if you need more help.
