Long board jibe

Hi windlover! I would like to ask if its possible to do a quick jibe or just a jibe on a mistral pandera long board? If its possible how can i do it? Thanks you very much!!!
Alsou mistral pandera has many foot straps up to the back part how can i make use of it? Thanks so much windlover!!!

Hey Fredrick,
You can jibe a longboard. At first they will be slow and cumbersome. As you get better they will become smoother. To do a planing jibe with your board will require enough wind to have the board planing.
The foot straps will be used when the winds are higher and you are using a harness. It usually takes 15+ knots of wind to get a longboard planing. There should be two sets of straps on your board. The front set are used first and the back set are used when the winds are really high. It's not often a person is in the back straps on a longboard. When there is enough wind to use them, they help you control the board and keep your feet from slipping.
