Ski resorts

We are senior citizens who would like to ski in the Waterville Valley area and I was wondering if you could recommend a nice resort for a vacation.

Waterville Valley is a destination ski resort in New Hampshire.  It is a family destination that caters to families and the PG crowd.  Sometimes they will sponsor college or high school ski races or hockey tournaments.  Those weeks may be more hectic than others.

The town of Waterville Valley provides shuttle buses up to the ski area.  There is no slope-side lodging at Waterville valley.  The Town Square offers many amenities, restaurants stores and shops, all surrounded by the White Mountain National forest.

There is a full service hotel The Valley Inn and Lodge in Waterville Valley.  The nicest condominium complex is the Golden Eagle Lodge which has a full kitchen suite in each condo and many amenities.  The shuttle bus comes right to the front door.  You are also within easy walking distance of Town Square.
