When and how do you keep Shabbat in the summer Anchorage?

Anchorage is located well inside the Arctic Circle; it does not experience Shabbat at any point in the year. The midnight sun (when the sun does not set below the horizon during one 24-hour cycle), lasts from May 11—July 31.
