traditional roller skates - quads

Question
Since Peck & Goodie has closed, where can I buy quads in
NYC?

Additionally, I haven't skated in a long time, but loved it as
a teen. I plan to skate outdoors, on sidewalks and the path
along the West Side hwy.  What should I look for.
