Places to skate

Question
Hi - I'm looking for places to skate In-Line outdoors in Long Island and places to skate in doors at night in NYC like the Roxi was. Love dance skating and I have skated NYC streets and Central Park but I will be in Long Island for a few days. My favorite place was the Roxi and Virginia Beach boardwalk.

All the iarge rinks - Roxy, Skate Key & Empire closed in 2007. The only places to skate in the area are in New Jersey - Skate 22, Branchbrook; United Skates of America in Seabrook - there's one for you in L.I.; Rollerjam USA in Staten Island & my place Crazy Legs Skate Club in Brooklyn the newest skate club on the scene - a bit smaller than the others but has a great vibe & the best DJs in the city. All of these can be googled. Hope this helps.
