KICKFLIPS AGAIN

HEY DANNY. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP. I'VE BEEN PRACTICING MY KICKFLIP ALOT BUT I STILL CAN'T GET IT. I'VE BEEN TRYING SO HARD TO AT LEAST LAND OR TOACH THE BOARD WHEN I LAND. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT FOOT PLACEMENT WHEN YOU DO A KICKFLIP. WHENEVER I PUT MY FRONT FOOT (I'M GOOFY-FOOTED) FURTHUR BACK NEAR MY TAIL I CAN SPIN THE BOARD EASIER BUT MY BOARD EITHER SPINS STRAIT UP SO I LAND IN A POPSICLE (OUCH) OR THE BOARD GOES OUT TO THE SIDE SO THERE IS NO CHANCE OF ME LANDING ON THE BOARD. ALSO IF I PUT MY FRONT FOOT CLOSER TO THE MIDDLE OR HIGHER MY BOARD NORMALLY SPINS ONE TIME (PERFECT) AND STAYS STRAIT UNDER ME SO I CAN LAND ON IT. BUT WHEN MY FRONT FOOT IS CLOSER TO THE TOP LIKE THAT I ALWAYS TURN AND LAND SIDEWAYS. CAN YOU HELP ME ON THAT. LIKE FEET PLACEMENT, AND JUST HOW TO LAND ON THE BOARD EASIER. AND DANNY IF YOU KNOW ANY TIPS ABOUT KICKFLIPS THAT WOULD BE APPRECIATED. JUST LIKE ANY TIPS YOU KNOW. HEY I CAN DO A BONELESS NOW!! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!! SEE YA!!

Dude, im so sorry it took me a while to answer you. I havent been near my computer in a while.  I know just what you mean on the kickflips... used to happen to me all of the time!  Maybe you should try kicking a little more up towards the nose and a little bit less off the side.  By the way, thanks for asking me all the questions, i like answering them a lot. Hehe :)  Back to the help...  And when you put your foot further up the board and turn your body, try to kick the board and not turn your body. You dont have to necassarily land on it, but this might help.  It used to help me so much.  Congratulations on the boneless.  I just finally got down 360 heelflip and varial heelflip... Keep at the practising. If this information doesnt help much, just ask me more questions and try more different ways of landing it.  Bye!
