Answer
you're killing me dude....but none the less, I signed up for this thing, so here ya go:
Watch this guys arms - that's what I'm talking about arm flapping. You can't stop it, it's perfectly natural, and I would quit worrying about it. Pro's do it -so there, now you can stop worrying about it. One more thing - QUIT worrying about it.

"keep your waist down straight" - should've been "keep from your waist down, straight." I was working when I wrote back - that one is my fault.
Try and jump towards the nose of the board A LITTLE, too much and you won't land on your board, or you'll go crooked again.
"And finally when i ollie do u mean when my shoulder twist to the left do i try to twist it to the right?" -- Something like that. If after you try ollieing and your shoulders go left, before you try again, twist them a little to the right before you pop the ollie. Try ollieing over something small, like an empty soda can or something, make sure you are rolling at a good speed!
Please, for the life of me, go out and try this stuff for like 2 weeks before writing back. PRACTICE will help most of this.
