New board...

hi ...well i've been doing pretty suckly on my skateboarding...cuz im still scared to do an ollie while moving...i dont really care if im on grass ...like stationary but anyways my truck broke so the where the wheel is at completely came off...no idea how or why...

so im trying to look for a new board...so here are questions

1. is 7.75 good size to start with ? because i was going to get 7.5 but my old sucky board was 8 so i didnt want to "shrink" my board size little by little...also i heard that my height and shoes size kinda play part in that...so ... im 5'6'' and my shoe size is 7.5 in guys... so which one would be better? 7.75 or 7.5?

2. i heard low truck is better so is 50mm wheel good for low trucks? i mean will i get wheel bite cuz wheel is too big for the truck?

3. also for my wheels, is 97A good for beginner? well i just skate down the road(as you know) and im now Attempt to (if im not scared which is not good for skating but im hoping to overcome my fear...also is this normal? i mean was all the good skaters fearless from the start?) ollie... also is medium ok? like the size wise i mean

whoa whoa whooa, hold on there a minute.  if your truck broke, just get another truck, probably a set of trucks would do you good.  don't worry about your board size - just go to the skate shop, and put a few under your feet, if they feel good - great, if they feel too big or too small, keep trying them out. That is THE ONLY WAY TO PICK A BOARD.  Don't worry about pestering the people behind the counter - that's what they are there for.  If they give you trouble, tell them to go work at another shop cause you don't have time to deal with snooty people.  Once you get your board picked out, then lay your new trucks on top of the board as if you were going to mount them.  The tips of the trucks should be flush or just inside the width of the board. Mount the trucks, then look at some wheels, make sure they don't stick out past the end of your trucks and outside of the board.  Put it all together - or tell one of the skate shop lackeys to put it together for you.  Watch how they do it so you can put it together yourself next time.  EVERY SKATER SHOULD BE ABLE TO PUT TOGETHER AND GRIP THEIR OWN BOARD.  However, since you are just starting out, make sure you watch what they are doing and ask questions if you are unsure.

Let me say this one more time for everyone out there:

DON"T WORRY ABOUT THE NUMBERS (for example, deck widths, truck widths, wheel durometers and mm) JUST FOLLOW THE ADVICE ABOVE!  STAND ON THE DECK, TRY OUT FRIENDS BOARDS THAT HAVE DIFFERENT TRUCKS, AND MAKE SURE YOUR TRUCKS FIT YOUR BOARD AND THE WHEELS ROLL!

Then go out and skate until it gets dark, or until your parents tell you it's time for dinner.
