Supreme Court?

How do you feel about Harriet Miers, Bush's newest pick for the Supreme Court? Do you feel that she will be a staunch conservative on the court, or will she turn out more like David Souter? What about John Roberts? I believe the Supreme Court has recently reviewed a case regarding the abortion of a Missouri inmate already, and they ruled that she does have the right to an abortion. Do you feel that the court will move further to the left, to the right, or stay the same with the addition of Harriet Miers?

There really not much go on regarding Harriet Miers. I can't evaluate her at this point.

John Roberts is conservative to strict constructionist.
He appears to be what he was billed as. He will
be somewhat like the man he replaced.

Actually the ruled that had to transport the inmate.
The inmate had pay for the procedure herself.
