Jennings 38 auto pistal
Question
I found a Jennings 38 auto underwater, the clip still comes out and it still cocks I also ran the numbers and it wasn't reported stolen or used in a crime. So my question is if the gun itself is even worth keeping.
Answer
Travis,
These firearms were of questionable quality when brand new. They were probably one of the lowest priced new handguns that could be found and the poor quality explains it.The original manufacture went into bankruptcy as a result of losing a $24 mill lawsuit due to a design flaw.
Personally speaking, no..... I would not consider it worth keeping even had it not been underwater etc. But that is just my opinion.
Thanks for the question.
