jc higgins model 5837
Question
i have a jc higgins model 5837 bolt action 12 gauge just wanting to find out if or what it is worth
Answer
Hi Karen,
This shotgun is but one of the many "hardware guns" that are still found in the used market. They were made by other manufactures (ie. Stevens, Marlin, High Standard, etc) for the large chain stores such as Sears.
Although they were well made and functional, they have very little collectors value or $$ worth. In "good" condition the gun has a retail value of less than $100.
Thanks for the question Karen.
