cci shotshells

hi Sid me again . My question is cci makes a shot shell for the .22lr and .22 magnum they both travel at 1000fps is this at all going to ruin the barrel on a rifle if they are shot through it if it doesn't ruin it will it cause inaccuracy.

Yes, you can use these loads with no problem. They will not harm anything. Just use standard cleaning methods to clean the gun after using and you should be fine. The only way that you'll notice any accuracy issues if you end up with excessive lead fouling on the rifling.

Keep in mind Trent that these loads are only effective out to about 15' or so and then only on small critters. Also, often times they will fail to function in a semi-auto rifle.

Give them a try within the limits outlined above and should not experience any problems.
