Answer
Hi Terri,
I am a little confused by the question. You state that you have a Sears Roebuck "single barrel shotgun" that you would like to know the value of however, you also provide serial number/caliber/model information that is not consistent with a shotgun at all (?).
A Ted Williams model 73 Caliber .30-06 Springfield
No. 273532730 is a trade-name firearm made by Winchester for Sears. It cross references to be the same as a Winchester model 670 which is a rifle (.30-06) not a shotgun.
The model 670 was introduced by Win. in 1966 and was available in three versions, a 19" barrel carbine, a 22" sporting rifle, and a 24" barrel magnum. The model 670 was an entry level rifle manufactured by Win. until 1979. There were over 287,000 manufactured over the 14 years of production.
If you do indeed have the Sears version of a Win. M-670, and if said rifle is in "good" condition, it would have an approximate retail value of $300.
If I've misunderstood anything in your question and/or you detect conflicting information within your question and can correct same, I'd be happy to help you further. However, based upon what you originally provided this is the best answer that I can provide.
Thanks for the question Terri.
