Astra was one of the largest firearms manufacturers in Spain until they went out of business in 1998.

My book does not offer manufacturing dates according to serial number for Astra. It was in production between 1920 and 1968.
The value would be hard to asses, but that model would normally be between $50 and $200 in good working order, $250 being unfired in the box. With engraving, there are too many factors to consider to be able to give you an approximate value.
