I have this gun with two chokes med.&full I need too know which one to use when shooting slugs.

It should not really matter, but to be safe, I'd go with something other than the full choke.

Be aware that if you shoot a LOT of slugs through a gun with a screw in choke, you will eventually hear a high-pitched whistling sound - that will be the sound of the choke leaving he gun and traveling down range.
