Jim, I have a Belgium Browning 20 guage auto with serial # 69x 29958.  , 27" barrel, pristine condition, gold trigger, Magnum Twenty .  It was a gift from my grandfather about twenty five years ago and i woulf like to know the value of the gun.

Hi David,

Your A-5 was made in 1969 as evident by the 69 before the x in the serial number. The X tells you that it is a magnum 20 gauge even though it is written on the side of the receiver. The 99% to NIB Mag 20 A-5's are bringing about $1250-$1500 to the right buyer. Hope this helps.
