gun registration transfer

I have gun from a deceased friend. i also have his registration for the gun but i don't have a death certificate. I do have the funnel program can i use that if not what do i do

I'm not sure where you're writing from. In most of the united states, gun are "transferred" in a private sale like chainsaws are - money changes hands or not, but there is no "registration."

This is different than in countries where people are subjects of the government, or in some cities in the US where they are essentially the same contrary the US Constitution. If you live in one of these places inside or outside the US, you'd be best to consult an attorney.
