Pioneer

Question
I have a Pioneer 12 ga. single barrel Model 29 from Gamble Stores Incorporated.  It was given to me by my grandfather before he past.  Any idea how old it is?  Just trying to find out more information about it.  Thanks!

 Hello Wayne. You have a Stevens Model 94B made for sale by Gamble Stores Inc. between 1949 and 1969. The Savage,Stevens,Springfield models are very hard, if not impossible to put a particular year with. I have here an address of a man who has done extensive research through, I am told, the Savage Company records. He may be able to pinpoint a date. He charges a modest fee.
