what kind of rifle do i have

hi, i have a rifle that i cant identify. it resembles a russian masin nagant but im not sure. it is a bolt-action that holds five rounds, 7.62x54r. it has a folding bayonet, strait bolt, adjustable iron sights. right be hind the rear sight it has these numbers stamped: 02, 1953, bd5309. it also has bd5309 stamped on the side and bottom. it has 3816 stamped on the bolt. if u can help me i would appreciate it.
