remington arms company, 12 guage

Question
Looking for any information you can give me on this gun.  I believe it to be a model 11, A-5 browning patent from 01,02,03 made by Remington Arms Company.  The gun is in very good condition, all original, still works with a serial number of (4 digits) 67**.  I have looked on the Remington site as well as bluebook, getting conflicting information.  Any information you have would be greatly appreciated.

This blue book is the industry standard of all blue books so I would accept the information as fact. It should contain enough information for you to confirm which model you have and determine the value.
