---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------
QUESTION: Since I asked the original question I did some follow-up. The gun I have is a Sportsman model that was manufactured in May of 1947. It's the Browning design and was well used but in great shape. Does this affect the value at all? Also, are there any old manuals for this gun still available?
