I have a J Stevens Arms Company hammerless double barrel in 12 gauge. The serial number is 81658 and is on the barrel and the reciever. Can you tell me the model and when it was made and approx value?  Is there is a source for spare parts?

Stevens shotgun should have a model number on it.
Without one I can't tell you anything about the gun.
There were over 40 variations made as boxlock models plus sidelock models.
Values can range $150 to $3500 depending on model and condition,
Best have a local gunsmith look at it and appraise it.
