Black powder firearm laws in Washington

I live in the state of Washington and am interested in getting a muzzle loading Kentucky rifle. I wanted to make sure I can do this legally. What are the laws on black powder muzzle loading rifles in Washington state? And how do you obtain ammo for these firearms?

You should probably stop by a local sporting good store or somewhere that sells hunting license. They will be able to explain the laws of Washington State to you. As for the ammo, blackpowder it requires you buy an assortment of items and tools to load the gun. You should consider carrying the gun to a local gun store for proper inspection of the gun as  blackpowder guns are less forgiving than conventional firearms. Best of luck.
