Safari Grade FN

Question
I believe that the rifle I have is a Safari Grade Belgium Browning FN 30 06. I have been able to find similar rifles online, however I have not been able to find any with a 3 digit serial # preceded by a B.  Can you give me an idea of the year of manufacture as I have been unable to find a date stamp? Where should I turn to do more research on my rifle?  Thank you

I believe you may have a FN rifle possibly predating the Safari Grade for the American market in 1960. If you have some pix please send them to [email protected] and I will take a look. The other possiblity is that it maybe a Browning made rifle for the European market.
