Possible to survive a 50AE shot in the forehead?

Hi sir.

I do a study about gun impact on a target..

I have a little bit informatiom about a 50AE Desert Eagle can you support me ?
Look , I know this is really not a gun where you normally about survival must start thinking ! especially what I'm going to ask now !
Look if someone is hit in the head with a 50AE at close Range
how likely is it that he directly passed away?
And what is the random odds that he would survive? ( i know its not a good chance)

I hope you would me with this! Its a difficult research
For the rest a 50AE has almost 5 times more energy then a 9 mm

I do not have medical information based on actual events refer back to.
However, based on the ballistics......
Given the 300 grain .50 caliber bullet at 1400 feet per second and 1450 ft/lb of energy.
The energy more like that of a rifle. 5.56 Nato is only 1250 ft-lb of energy.  I would think other than grazing blow at an odd angle the chance of survival is 0. Basically the skull will explode.

Would i recommend of for self defense? No! Its too heavy and power unneeded.
