MOA/wind drift

2016/7/22 9:23:50

Question
Mr. Zukowski,
I have just recently started looking into using MOA adjustments for distance/wind.  I was wondering if you knew any formulas for a .223 rem.  Or just a brief explanation on how to use MOA adjustments.
Thanks
-John

Answer
It would vary greatly with the sights you have and ammo you are using.
Basically you need to determine what adjustments you
have. 1/4 MOA would move the impact point roughly
1/4 of an inch with each adjustent.
Here are some links that will help.
