Answer
Basically there is no difference of terms accurccy.
Assuming the barrels were of equal quality.
The ones your looking are extreme hi quality.
The exeption is stainless performce drops off in sub 0 temps.
Stainless is easier to clean and will not rust.
It gives you slightly longer barrel life but that varies
with the how hot the loads you shoot are. With standard loads
it gives 5 to 10% longer barrel life.
The down side is it costs more.
Some people do not like the look or feel of stainless.
CM with take a deep blueing staining is stainless doesn't
except blueing. CM is better in very cold climates.
It really comes down personal preference.
Niether has any great advantage.
Stainless is used more these days in high end target guns
for easier cleaning.
