i have heard that you can take a savage .17 hm2 clip and use it in a savage .22 magnum. The reason i am asking this is that the clip for my .22 magnum is a 5 round clip and i cannot find a bigger cllip for it. It is a Savage model no. 93 .22 magnum. Thanks for your time.

The .17 HMR and .22 WMR use the same case
just one is necked down.
The 17 H Mach 2 is a necked down .22 long rifle.

Given this the magazines are not likily the same.
But I am not positive.
I would contact Savage and ask them.
