Question
I INHERITED A 60TH ANNIVERSARY, COMMEMERATIVE BERETTA FROM THE MARYLAND STATE POLICE [SERIAL # 004].  STILL IN ORIGINAL BLUE BOX W/ GLASSED, WALNUT DISPLAY CASE.  WHAT'S IT POTENTIAL VALUE?  THANX VERY MUCH

Answer
Dr. Kessler,

I am more of a user than a collector (they're just tools to me), but commemorative guns (particularly the Berettas for some reason) tend to fetch extraordinary prices.

Your best bet would be to take it to gun dealer and ask him to estimate a value for you.
