Archery target shooting laws

Question
I am helping teach archery to a boy scout troop.  A requirement is to know the local and state laws for owning and using archery tackle. We live in Dublin Ohio while some of the scouts live in Columbus and Upper Arlington and srrounding towns. I'm having difficulty finding this on the internet.

The best place for accurate, official laws regarding the towns stated are their respective police departments. Another place would be any sporting goods/gun stores in those towns. Each town may go further than the state of Ohio with regards to these laws. While Dublin may have very stringent laws regarding archery, other towns need only follow the state's law.
