Answer
Hi Carl,
The Davis-Warner Arms Corp. of Norwich, Connecticut was founded in 1917 when N.R. Davis and Sons purchased the Warner Arms Company. The made shotguns, revolvers, and pistols under that name also. They manufactured guns until 1930.
The Crescent Arms Co. purchased the rights to the name and assembled guns under that name also until they were purchased by J.C. Stevens Co.
The gun is worth between $250 and $400 as a retail guide based upon condition.
