-----Question-----
Gun has double hammers and triggers, is an over&under .410, both barrels being .410, shoots 3" shells, one barrel full choke, the other modified. Has a tenite (plastic) foregrip and stock, and the only ID I can find is the Model 240 on the barrel. Can't seem to find it in any books, have no idea when it was made or what its worth. Would say its in 'good' condition.
Appreciate any info on ths thanks Judd

Hi Judd,
The Stevens model 240 features a boxlock frame and exposed hammers in an O/U version. The value/s are as follows:
Exc. $400
V.G. $300
Good $$250
Fair $200
Poor $150
Thanks for the question.

Answer
Hi Judd,
Sorry about that....... I was focusing on the condition/value for you.
These models were made from the late 30's to early 50's. I cannot provide you with an exact date/year of mfg. on your particular gun only the years listed.
I hope this helps Judd.
