Is there some way for me to get some kind of blueprint on Marlin 22's?

without knowing if the firearm is a single shot, pump, or auto, I can't provide you a definitive answer, but most ejection problems are broke extractor or extractor spring, dirty gun or cheap ammo.
You can contact Marlin on the internet a ask one of their techs.
