Mfg Question

I bought a S&W .40 cal semi-auto from a friend some time ago who is now long gone.  My problem is that there is no manufacturer name on the gun that I can find.  On one side it has WITNESS and under that EAA-COCOA-FLA.  Then on the same side it says FT-MADE IN ITALY. On the grip it has TANFOGLIO.  On the other side it has AE51880 which I assume is the S/N.  Can you please help me identify what I have?  Thanks much!

Yes, it is made in Italy, but the company that you would deal with is the importer: European American Armory, Corp.

They have a lot of model numbers, so the model can't be determined from th information you supplied, but you can check their website at www.eaacorp.com.  You can see all the models there and pick out which one you have.  You can also download the owners' manual from that site.
