Taurus 24/7 45

Question
I was thinking of buying a taurus 24/7 in 45.I have heard very good things sbout them and also alot of bad things.Can you please give me any input on them you might have,thanks Keith.

Hi Keith,

I would not be concerned about any horror stories that you have heard about Taurus pistols. Although not in my personal "top 5" list, I'm confident that you will receive at a minimum, what you are paying for and will receive a lot of trouble free service. I think that in general, they are reliable, accurate and well made......... For the $$$.

I cannot however say the same about their revolver line of handguns. Since this is not the topic of your question I'll simply say that if you were looking to purchase a Taurus revolver, I'd advise against it. Some of what you have heard may actually have been about Taurus revolvers.
