Its single action. The slide is pulled back to chamber the first round and cock the hammer. this is the same pistol Jennings/Bryco
made previously.
When Jennings/Bryco went bankrupt the plant manager bought the company assets.
These guns are junk!
They have a bad habit of flying apart when fired.
Infact California ordered them to cease prodiction in Aug of 2006 because of it. They moved to Nevada and resumed production. If you are thinking of buying one don't.
