Question
Hello,I have a Q relating to a new/experimental weapon system. I beleave these are things about it (maybe wrong) * .45 cal *PB (possibley) made by private company US or UK *PB personal defense or assault gun (experi. or proto.) *thought it (or CO.) was called Five-Seven *looks like M-16k but of course different.
Thank You very much for your help, feel free to pass question on,and if you need time, please let me know.
Answer
Hi Robert.
It sounds like you are referring to the Five-Seven pistol made by Fabrique Nationale de Herstal (often abbreviated as "FN"). You can find out more about this pistol and the related variants on the web with the following links:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five-seveN

This firearm is not new or experimental and it is not a standard .45 caliber model. It is also not that similar to the M-16K. Perhaps you could be referring to the FN Minimi?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FN_Minimi
Or one of FN's other new firearms?

If this is not what you are looking for then you will need to provide more information as your question was somewhat vague.
Hope this helps.
