Is there a program to take police department Bretta'a and Bretta will rebuild them as new?

I don't know of a program that Beretta is participating in, but it would not be out of the ordinary. I know that SigArms has a program that refurbishes some of their LE returns.
Basically, they would take the gun and go through it repairing as needed. Some of the more heavily used guns will have entire components replaced, such as slide or frame, while others may just have worn parts replaced.
