Question
Hi,
I caught a conversation you had regarding this mfg. I'm hoping you can help me. I have a 410 single shot FIE that was a gift to my son from his grandfather several years ago. i don't know anything about the gun other than we took it out for the 1st time this year (my son is 8 years old) and after putting about a dozen shots through it it mal-functioned. It appears that the part that ejects the shell when you break it open is stuck 'out' with the shell still in the chamber It appears this piece slides in and out with the function of removing the empty shell as you break open the gun to remove the empty shell and re-load. it appears bent. i took it to a local well known gun repair store and they imformed me that they can't get parts and would not be able to repair it. I am asuming by other conversations I've read that this is not a high quality gun but would like to fix it if at all possible. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Chuck
