Value of a Browning

QUESTION: Hi, I am trying to find the value of a Browning 410 o&u, hinge break 470mm for my father in law.  He`says that it is a collector's item that has never been fired.  Would you need the serial # to determine it's worth? It is in mint condition.  Thanks

I received the pix sometime ago and attempted to respond to the e-mail address accompained, but it kept coming back as undeliverable. It has been some time back and I cannot remember the shotgun or the serial number to tell you the truth and the e-mail photos have long been sent to the recycle bin. Resend them to me along with the serial number and your phone number. The e-mail isn't working. Sorry.
