Question
I have a jimenez JA-9 and now when i shoot it, it will not load the next bullet in the chamber so you have to push the slid forward. is there a way i can fix it or should i just try and sell the gun for better gun.
Answer
Logan,
Please do not be offended but my pat-answer to this question is generally trade it for a better gun.
You may have read some of my previous answers concern the JA-9 and some owners have taken offense. That said, I have never been a fan of the JA and most (not all) shooters tend to agree with me. If you opinion shop long enough you'll no doubt find someone who will disagree with me on this. I call them like I see them and that is how I call this one.
There have been many problems with the JA-9 over the years and none with a easy fix. There are no doubt some exceptions to this but they are exactly that.... exceptions.
If you can sell/trade the JA you would be well served taking the money and running to the nearest firearm dealer and get their advise as to what they recommend and the price category of same.
This is just one man's opinion but I have little use for a gun brand that has inherent problems and that constantly need tinkered with to make work.
Thanks for the question Logan.

Great decision Logan, I don't think you'll be sorry that you traded off and are in search for a replacement. If I can be of any assistance to you in this regard, pleas let me know and I'll help you if I can. Otherwise....... good luck and have fun "shopping".
