WETHERBY SCOPE

MY DAD NOT LONG AGO PASTED AWAY HE LEFT ME HIS WEATHERYBY GUN WITH A WEATHERBY 3X9 SUPREME SCOPE ON IT. THE SCOPE WILL NOT ADJUST ENOUGHT TO ZERO IN. DOES WEATHERBY STILL WORK ON THERE SCOPES? IF SO WHERE DO I SEND IT FOR REPAIR? iF THEY DON'T STILL WORK ON THEM CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE CAN I SEND IT FOR REPAIR. Weatherby didn't actually make the scopes.  They were made by a Japanese company and private labeled for Weatherby.
