If the 5159  is the serial number, it would date your gun as being produced in 1899.  I have no idea what the '3' might be.

The value is going to vary based on the condition.  Since I have no ability to examine the gun, I can't say exactly what the value might be.  I can give you the range from the "Blue Book of Gun Values", 28th edition.

95% condition - $550
90% condition - $375
80% condition - $325
70% condition - $275
60% condition - $215
