Question

IMG_2728.JPG
I came across an old VESTA 6.35mm pocket handgun made in Eiber, Spain by "Hijos de A. Echeverria" for VESTA and I'd like to take it apart for cleaning, but have no clue where to start.
Thanking you in advance for your help.

Answer
Never seen this before, but it looks like it have grooves on the slide, like the colt 1911 model, so I would say it may come apart like a 1911.  Pull the slide back and line up the grooves (there looks like two, try each one), line it up with the tab (grooved lever on the left side, once lined up, try and push the lever downward, once lined up it should release and the little lever should be able to be pushed down and the the slide will slide forward and off the rails.  made sure no mag is in the gun.
