Cartridge Calibers List review

Question
Dear Sir
I am developing a web site about firearms and I have list of around 150-200 cartridge calibers. With 90% calibers on that list I am OK because they are standard calibers like 45 ACP or 30-30, or 244 Remington. But with some calibers I am confused because I am not sure are they one caliber or two different calibers. For example, 264 and 264 Winchester Magnum - is that one caliber/cartrigde or two different calibers or cartridges? In 270 group I have on list: 270, 270 Weatherby, 270 Weatherby Magnum and 270 Winchester. How many different cartridges are there? Is 270 and 270 Winchester one caliber/cartrigde or two different calibers or cartridges? There is few more such dilemmas on my list so my question is: Can you edit my caliber list or can you recommend me a expert who can do it and how much that would cost me? I can email list and expert should just run through it and write this and this calibers are the same, they are one caliber that should be called "....."
Thank you
Chris
Answer
I wouldn't undertake the project at any price. There are so many variations on calibers out there, it would be virtually impossible. Wikipedia has a very good history and specification of cartridges if you enter them in their search engine. Most of the calibers you mention are different variations - they are not the same cartridges.
