870 Wing Master

2016/7/22 9:10:47

Question
In the late 70's or early 80's I purchased a Remington 870 Wing Master, 20 ga. Full choke, for my daughter. The weapon has never had a shell in it. I am wondering what the value of it is, as of this date. Thanks, Michael

Answer
Hello Michael Lofaso. Your Remington Model 870 Wingmaster 20 gauge was chambered for 2 3/4" or 3" shells. It has the fixed Full Choke. The newer ones have the screw in Rem-Choke system so the choke can be changed for different shooting scenarios. Full choke in a 20 gauge is not so desirable as in Modified or even Improved chokes. When you purchased it in the late 70's or early 80's it cost $175.00. Now it will bring upwards of $300.00. I hope this answers your question and thank you for asking for me. Charles Gage
